AND....Its broke

Can you believe it.  I waited for what seems like forever and my new Dexcom won't work.  I have been watching videos and reading the paperwork for months. I rewatched everything this weekend and when the box showed up last night opened it up started reading again.  Plugged it in for its 3 hour charge and....nothing.  Omg are you kidding me.  You can't believe the letdown.  Dexcom customer service has been really great.  They called me this morning(right when they said they would) and are shipping out a replacement part over night.  Down fall is thanksgiving is going to mess that up but it is on the way.  Fingers crossed friday is the day.
